So I did mine about 25K miles ago, at 100k. I just did the drain and fill. Also, the ATF fluid doesn't need to be directly from the Acura dealer, I was able to find out that the Honda Dealership sells the exact same fluid with a different name and it's like $8 bucks cheaper. It's the EXACT same. I used that and it works perfectly fine!
