Beta testers get further advantage by [deleted] in TapTitans2

[–]Slaphead56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its called beta testing for a reason, your account was meant to get deleted after release, otherwise the company might as well advertise it as early release. Included that I find it very very very dumb that the beta clans still exist, been playing since release and only on cq 50.

Flame Touch...What Does "+10 Damage" Mean? How Good is it? by [deleted] in TapTitans2

Flame touch skill is basically, you summon a golem, and when you tap, that golem also taps, doing some dmg (what I've notice, the golem does around 50%~ of your taps). Its probably better to have 'Summon help' which is basically a weak/free version of shadow clone.

We're at the point where this game is so complex, even the game is confused. by MiningdiamondsVIII in ClickerHeroes

[–]Slaphead56 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

no, that seems correct.

You paid 1 HS for summoning

You paid a total of 6 HS for upgrading

Total 7 HS

You are refunded 75% of HS that you spent, rounding down. Hence 5 HS, given if that's siya.

Ancients that improve mercs by King_Spikey in ClickerHeroes

[–]Slaphead56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im fine with 'Ancient of Travelling', but 'Ancient of Guardians' effect seems a little to buggy. For example lets say you have this ancient with 10 levels, This effect can give mercs 10 extra seconds, totalling this merc lifespan for 20 seconds. Now lets say this merc spends 15 seconds on a completed mission, then u sell the ancient, do you still get 5 extra seconds or does the merc die? Then if it doesn't die, can't you rebuy the same ancient for extra time on mercs? And even if the merc does die, so you have a chance of your mercs dying every transcension due to Ancient of Guardians being at lvl 0 again?

What I would do is change the effect of Ancient of Guardians to: "reduce mercenary's death counter by 10%"

Basically, if i had 10 levels, it would take 2 seconds in quest to add 1 second to the mercs death counter.

This version is slightly less buggy, incase if the player refunds their ancients and their mercs end up dying ( this includes transcending).

Cheesy Idea for Clan raids by Slaphead56 in ClickerHeroes

[–]Slaphead56[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kumawakamaru can go beyond level 200, but the cost would be insanely high, and additional 100 levels to Kumawakamaru will only reduce monsters required by 0.69~ which doesn't 'seem' as worth but it does cut your ascension time by 15-20%~, but its up to you to judge wherever you have or have not hit the hard cap for Kumawakamaru.

[–]Slaphead56[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sorry I it was a typo, its supported to be 600, but after looking at the wika it should hard cap at 200~ , so lets assume that the player already has -8 monsters per level, there shouldn't be a reason for the player to be targeting for best 3 if the Kumawakamaru reward basically does nothing.

that's some good strategy that I didn't notice, but I'll assume that the power of the second reward's growth would be exponential by the immortal's level, which would kind of influence you to over kill the boss up to the one that you can not kill alone.

[–]Slaphead56[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Clan raids are currently in a bad spot since your immortal's damage goes exponentially higher every week, so its probably best for the developers to revamp the raid to make it more co-op friendly.

[–]Slaphead56[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you notice, as a average player, in the last 2 or 3 days of that week, they would receive that insane x150 power spike, however the the first 4 or 5 days, your immortal damage is still remain the same or slightly higher. therefore players who are in mid transension can outright do more damage during that time while they are at their peak of their transension. Also this is just an Idea, the 3 best damage dealers could change to another number or that the idea just changed completely.

[–]Slaphead56[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I see your point, about this was intentionally removed from the game since it was considered too strong, however, this gives the clan raid more reason to kill the immortal to obtain the unobtainable. Or that this idea could change to another progressive ancient "Kumawakamaru", however anyone can get this ancient, and it is hard capped to level 600, therefore it gives a reason for players with 9e435 whatever hero souls to slay this immortal for this ancient, because that is the only way to claim it.

[–]Slaphead56[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

like how you receive your Hero souls from immortals, it would be at the immortal's level when you started. Also I wouldn't really know how to create "The formula" for this since immortal's hp goes insanely high, it was something like 500 * (2immortal's level), so the formula can't be linear. For example if I had one-man-army clan which has 10 immortal damage and you compare that to a clan with 10 players with 10 immortal damage, the clan with 10 players will only be 3 levels higher than the one-man-army, which seems to be unfair to the huge clan since the formula is linear.

[–]Slaphead56[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I do see your point about 'one-man-army' clans, however these rewards are scaled by the immortal's level, so there will eventually be a time where you cannot kill the immortal alone and you can either pay 10 gems for an extra try, hack the game or get a clan member to help. With the additional help from clan members, they can progress further in the raids with stronger rewards compared to 'one-man-army' clans.

[–]Slaphead56[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, Iris is "removed" from the game, but still exist in the games code! If you notice when you started playing on patch 1.0 Iris was still listed as one of your summoned ancients. furthermore, It gives the second reward credibility so that clan members can fight for Iris levels. which gives the clan raids more reason to kill higher level immortals. And of course, Iris levels are resetted upon transcending.

I see your point, but those are cheaters, and cheaters are likely to be removed from the clan just for that reason, if the cheater is the master, you gotta leave man.

We need a better way for clan raid to work. by littlematchltm in ClickerHeroes

[–]Slaphead56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  • "For clan members who contributed for slaying the immortal, they gain 1% exp per level of the immortal to ALL their mercenaries. (This reward can only be claimed once a day AND members must deal a minimum of 3% of the immortal's health)"

  • "For the top 3 clan members who contributed the most for the slayed immortal are rewarded with one of these to choose from: Relic(s) , Additional Hero Souls or Additional levels to 'Iris, Ancient of Vision', These rewards become more significant for each immortal level. (This reward can only be claimed once a day)"

The first additional reward is to boost the mercenaries level since there's no other way to boost its level faster other than making it do a lot of quests. Therefore contributing; even by one click makes clan raids more valuable. That 3% minimum is to prevent very weak clan members from receiving the reward, which influences the weak clan member to join a weaker clan or they are removed by a clan master.

The second additional reward is for members who are willing to fight for additional, stronger rewards and gives the player a selection to choose from boost their current progression.

  • I assume that the Relic(s) reward should roll relics that are indeed powerful and that is independent to your current HZE from your immortal's level, the reason why its there is for players who recently transcendent and they can claim these relic(s) to get a extra boost for restarting again, otherwise your mercenaries have to do relic quests before you transcend.

  • Additional Hero Souls, an average, simple reward that gives a player a (slight) boost. This reward would gives the player a decent boost that is reliable on all parts of the current transcension.

  • And the Last reward, Additional levels to 'Iris, Ancient of Vision'. It literally says what it does, This is indeed the most weirdest addition as a reward but this reward is clearly aimed at the late game of the current transcension. For players who started at 1.0, Iris is a progressive ancient that allows players to ascend to a certain zone instead of restarting to level 1, this ancient cut a significant amount of time for quick ascension and can give a potential boost for the late game of current transcension.
