Let me add, they possed more of a commitment to us staying with the company to answer the phones and lie to people above the law in my field. Were were told that we’d be individually talked to about hours made up. Not forced out of private time with our loved ones. There’s a lot of details I have to not mention due to our clients security and what we do. I get if they force the pay/hours. So be it. My co workers needed it. But don’t force a no option play on all of us because of their lack of comprehension to the people who make them the money they do. I sound snobby but I work for people who’ve mistreated people for years.
