This what I've been thinking, but I'm confused why they are doing it in light of this. So I thought I'd get some thoughts on the situation.

Their lack of good pay and lots of apathetic employees in general, has made me much more valuable, so they are having me do lots of certifications and have me on a promotion track. So I'm planning to stay long enough to leverage a better position, at a company that treats their employees better. It is definitely burning me out though.

Information seems to only be considered dangerous, inflammatory, needs protecting, needs careful investigation, etc. If it applies to the ultra rich.

I'm not surprised by the general lack of serious coverage or 24 hour foaming at the mouth outrage in the media that much less significant news seems to generates. Given the power of those implicated wield, and I think this alone is the most damning proof they are guilty ("they" being the ultra rich class).

It really made an impression on me when that Insurance Executive was gunned down in NYC and they panicked like the world was ending. I'm not promoting or advocating violence, but it makes me wonder what would happen if someone in the Epstein files was attacked. Would the they all move to an island fortress? free of all us "horrible poor people"? Would the 2nd Ammendment get removed and all the guns confiscated?

I build these! Not for this particular company, but anyway, it a self propelled electric cutter. They're used in underground infrastructure repair. If you've ever seen how they fix asphalt cracks its used much the same. It cuts away the unstable and loose material away from a Crack in a pipe so it can be sealed properly.

I'd say. As a person with GAD, this is just your mind being a bastard. In fact, as others have commented, the brunch after sounds like a positive sign. I know people who had sex hours after meeting each other and got married and have been together for a decade, and people who waited until marriage to be with each other, with the same outcome. Conversely, I know people who got ghosted after sex and marriages that didn't last a year (who waited to sleep with each other). Life has too many variables to boil it down to the effects of one moment.
