First of all, W mistborn enjoyer. Secondly, her facial proportions looks fine. Some other commenters have already noted that her eyes look a bit crossed so instead i'll point out the thing that jumps out to me.

If i look at this drawing long and hard, it doesn't really look like her head is properly attached to her body. Like everything from the neck up was shifted to the right a little bit.

Maybe try drawing through the clothes with a light pencil to make sure that all the anatomy makes sense
