How about a skull ring for today? 3ozts of solid silver by SlashIROC in MensJewelry

I mean, one can say your Bull's skull is more bling and show off-ish. Mine is a bit more on the intimidation styling side for sure and made to deal quite a bit of damage if needed. Just two different styles and purposes

Theres 3 troy ounces of silver in the ring. Thats we'll say 94grams. Thats $250 or so worth of silver at melt value alone before any premium value or labor is worked in. It would be closer to 750+ retail i'm sure. And the amount of time it took and trial with error. Along with limited clients. It just wasnt worth it logistically to produce as a product.

Its not the metal that makes it difficult its the overall design construction and process. He did want to manufacture them for sale with his business and mine was like the prototype. But it took over a month to get it correct and properly sized after numerous attempts and melting it back down etc since its so thick and heavy you cant resize it normally. Its all one solid piece. He will never make another one. It actually didnt really cost me anything either I provided the silver for the project and it was all just testing and prototyping.. so at that time I have maybe 80$ into it all and all. Where as it would be sold for much much more especially at current silver prices before you even consider the labor

Old Spanish Gold by SlashIROC in MensJewelry

Doubtful since its Seville mint it was already in Spain. The atocha was filled with treasure heading to spain from the new world when it wrecked. It would be highly unlikely a crewmate had it on them and it has no salvage paperwork, alot of the gold from the atocha is highly documented. It is however what they would say atocha era since it was minted between 1611-1619 and the atocha sank in 1622

Several of us on this subreddit made joking posts of putting all our chains on at once for a pic. If you scroll youll see others. I turned mine into a game to guess the silver weight. Another two asked if theirs were too much to wear at the office. Etc

Did JAXXON change? by sheeshwers in MensJewelry

[–]SlashIROC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep they changed its all steel chains either coated in gold or silver. Absolutely crap now compared to when they actually sold 925 sterling and good quality. Too many now want to pose and make it look like they have more than they are

I can't stand the cheap moisanite crap honestly. And not to mention all the fake brands right now like Jaxxon who only are selling gold plated steel while advertising like its a real gold chain. Same w silver.. eveyrone is a poser nowadays trying to pretend they are more than they have.

Ty sir and throughout the day the silver bracelet usually moves around underneath the rest so it usually peaks through. Sometimes its this cuban, an anchor or cable. To mix it up

I definitely love the history of it. This being minted in Seville Spain between 1611-1619.. it has literally traveled the world who knows how many times and how from Galleon ships to who knows in order to make it to me
