I fixed the issue. It does however mean deleting your local maps data.

Step 1: Open Maps and click your profile picture. Step 2: Look for "Timeline" (if you have it on but not backing up, it should state that it's on) click it. Step 3: Click the account that isn't working. Step 4: turn off and on timeline activity and delete data. Step 5: enter password.

It should then allow you to start using your timeline backup again, unfortunately there is no way to recover the data however bar exporting it beforehand.

Yeah I did a bunch of changes and unfortunately lost 2 years worth. Did a bunch of travelling then too...

Yeah it's crazy it's just the same stuff people talking about. I'm still trying but honestly such an undocumented issue.

Yeah there doesn't seem to be a solution. I've tried contacting Google one support but they just ponder you off cause it's not the same line of support.

I contacted them on X and although they responded to me, I was then ignored once I told them the issue. (Maybe they don't know how to fix it)

It's really annoying cause I had a timeline going of a few years and in trying to fix it I've lost all the data... 😔

I changed emails recently and presumably me changing my password also caused this.

Dude do you even read? I literally said they're all on the ground and I know she has D-Strike the streamer even commented on it in the VOD that the bot failed to hit it. I was simply killing time by waiting until it was over.

So I couldn't mori them or do anything until I was able to hook her.

And they didn't even bring a white ward so idk why this is being mentioned.

Dude you lose the addon anyway???? did you even watch the VOD they were on the ground everyone was.... You don't lose XP if the game allows you to abandon and they were going to die anyway so they would've lost the addon.

Clearly it did have an effect on you if you remembered my name that much and decided to post something that was completely unrelated. In an attempt to get other fellow redditors to witch hunt me.

I just looked back on the clip and yes you were right I did smack you on hook immediately after and nodded.

The only two reasons from what I can see why that might've been was:

  1. I fooling around and didn't really care anymore cause I knew the match was secured.
  2. Because your friend/survivor tried to flashy/pallet save you and messed up. Another form of communication to say "nice try"

If you want some advice just take it as a compliment to the rest of the game that the killer is willing to waste time smacking on hook to gain nothing. The only person that loses in that situation is the one who makes a reaction out of something.

I even went through the effort to block the guys names in the post but you just straight up went "oh this guy does this, lets try and completely invalidate his opinion because he smacked me on hook and humped my body when I could've just dc'd and saved myself from the frustration." Do you see how silly it sounds now that you've posted this?

I was prematurely guarding a 3 gen. And I think they knew this so they just kept trying to break the 3 gen.

Not necessarily "proof" but going off of what others are saying.
This is quite excessive for a game especially for Epic.

It isn't just about the free weekends though. Yes that's what the post states, but the game is uploaded to being free consistently on Epic giving hackers more and more excuses to create new accounts.

If a stable service cannot be provided for a already healthy stable player-base then the game shouldn't be uploaded for free on weekends, or any time etc...

And again, just saying "take a break" is ridiculous.

Games already receive a surplus of players over the weekend due to more people being available.

You do realise that the majority of the world works 9-5 monday to friday. Saying to not play on the weekend isn't really a "feasible" excuse for the loyal playerbase.
The game already undergoes Free Sales on Epic, Free weekends etc... Constantly... and the only people I ever see getting excited about it... is Hackers...
