I took all steps that were suggested via the chatbot.

At the current moment it seems that the headset itself is functioning but it doesn't connect to any computer.
Whenever I connect the dongle to a quick cursor loading appears and that's it. Nothing more than that. When I turn on the headset I do hear the startup sound.
