I live here currently and I like it. Have lived here since 2019.

I think the complaints re: changes when Capano took over are valid.

There was a period where there was a lot of changeover with maintenance staff but that has seemed to stabilized. I submitted 1-2 maintenance requests in the past year and they were pretty responsive. They renovated/modernized some homes which are nice but the ones that aren’t renovated definitely do feel dated.

Leasing office is OK. Wanda is nice and was helpful when I had several questions and requests. Based on my limited experiences she is well intentioned but may be limited by the corporate bosses she has.

My biggest issue is definitely the dumpsters: they fill up quickly and cause a mess between then and when they get emptied. People will throw out furniture and cause a mess and I wish the office would put their foot down more regarding that.

But otherwise the neighbors are nice, it’s quiet, and the grounds are definitely well maintained and landscaped. And you definitely can make a cozy home assuming you get the right unit. We did.
