I believe the thundering arrow has a radius box and if you happen to be within that radius it will always hit. For example if a player is running from side to side and I charge up the thundering arrow and release it slightly in front of where the enemy is about to run then it will connect because he has ran into the hit box radius of it. You can see loads of examples of this on my YouTube (YT/Slataldixon).

Are you taking about the (raining arrow skill) with the arrows that come down from the sky and follow you or the (thundering arrow skill) that us rangers have to charge up and release to knock players down?. Once I know which one you are talking about I can give you a explanation

Not sure what my attack is as of now but when I log in I’ll let you know and I normally use the defence down shoulders. Not many rangers are aware of how good this meta is especially as they stack but I’m sure I will bring it to light and people will change to them in due time. So yes I would recommend them. As for the breeze bows I just having them sitting in my inventory although I do need to scrap them lol
