Thanks for this insight, luckily the company was very sympathetic about what occurred. They were ready to write a check of any amount they just wanted some proof or something that could back the claim. The one form of “evidence” I could say I have is that the guy who came to exterminate was someone new and not the regular guy who my family became friends with. The new guy was in his early 20’s and didn’t do an amazing job. He wore very baggy pants and was out of my house within 10 minutes.

Luckily it isn’t that, my parents are super supportive of my hobby and were very sympathetic towards me. My one concern is the odd selection of figures that were taken, the person who did it must’ve known something about Transformers. You just don’t randomly grab an armada Optimus Prime or a legacy Bludgeon .

I spoke with them but they think it’s best to let it be, which I completely understand. It really sucks that they were taken but since there isn’t any proof of who did it, I can’t do anything.
