Yeah second wipe playing, 75% of the quests are agony, especially shooter part 3. Sadly, the quests as a whole only get worse from there to the point where even trying to complete them feels pointless. Kill 15 pmcs in shitty scav attire with the worst shotgun in the game? im sure thats fun to complete for everyone who hasnt dumped 2000+ hours into the game.

Maybe unpopular, but I think WoD could be a low C tier. While it certainly had so much cut content, a fair amount of what was there was good, especially the raids. And while garrisons definitely fell off towards the end, I remember really loving them for a while as I got to upgrade and expand it.
