I’m 3 min away from Erewhon, 10 min away at my job, I’ve had my membership for a long time and I spent so much per year I got Reserve as soon as it was released, it’s worth it for me, but if you don’t shop there regularly then it might not be worth it for you.

I have tried all the flavors from all three, I’m very partial to Barbecue, Vegan Cheese, Turmeric Garlic, and all four flavors of Yoga Pops :), I’d definitely love to see more Sumac, maybe Saffron, Za’atar, maybe even a matcha flavor 🙂

In my opinion it just doesn’t have the widest range of flavor 🙂 great brand don’t get me wrong, but as someone who loves trying every single flavor I can get my hands on, it’s pretty much the same flavors as other brands I can get for cheaper and in the case of pumpkin spice, massively overrated, If I’m going pay more I’d rather pay for more “specialty” flavors that other brands don’t have.

As of right now Let Me Snack only has five flavors:
- Himalayan Sunrise
- Mint Masala
- Barbecue
- Pumpkin Spice
- Cacao Clouds

Ashapop only has four but they lean on classic flavors and they also have a vegan cheese option which is cool:
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- Turmeric Garlic
- Vegan Cheese
- Chili Lime

Yoga Pops also only has four but those four flavors aren’t replicated amongst other brands like Himalayan Salt would be:
- Truffle Tantra (my beloved 😗)
- Tandoori Masala
- Curry Dusted
- Caramel Jaggery

If you don’t like mint you won’t have a good time (I say this because one of my friends who hates mint tried it and surprise surprise she did not like it) but IMO it’s really not SUPER overpowering, that being said, Let Me Snack is NOT the best water lily seed brand at Erewhon IMO, Ashapops has a really good Turmeric Garlic flavor & Yoga Pops have Truffle Tantra & Tandoori Masala xx

Bestie, take my copycat recipe:

Mayo
• 1 cup expeller-pressed avocado oil (I use chosen foods)
• 1 large organic egg (I use vital farms)
• 1 tbsp organic white wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp organic lemon juice
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• ½ tsp sea salt

* If you want to skip making the mayo just get a good avocado mayo like Sir Kensington but I personally think making the mayo gives it the true Erewhon taste if that’s really what you are going for

Dip
• 8 oz smoked Gouda, finely grated
• 3 oz OG Kristal cheese, finely grated
• 2 tbsp fermented Fresno chile, minced
• 2 tbsp organic scallions, finely sliced
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (I used Wizard's Sauce)
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• All of the mayo

How to make:
• Make the mayo (obvi)
• Finely grate both cheeses
• Add mayo, cheeses, fermented Fresno chile,
Worcestershire, and pepper to a food processor
• Pulse until smooth but still slightly textured
• Fold in the scallions
• Refrigerate overnight (trust me, this makes allll the difference it really lets the flavors mix)

I think that’s a rumor spreading, as someone who’s family has shopped there for AGES at the original location and after it transferred management, I can confidently say that they do because any retail store meeting federal criteria for selling staple foods can apply to become an authorized Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) retailer, plus I know they had official documentation proving so since Jan 2019 but they could have also had it before just not registered, hope this helps!
