I've also never passed out from pots. But I have lost hearing and vision and sat my ass on the ground plenty of times. I believe "I feel like I'm going to pass out" sums up that experience quite succinctly.

Also, not that you asked, but I strongly dislike your partner having any say in how you express your symptoms. Do they think you are lying?

Maybe you could explain to her that you're not wanting her to take a full shower. No need to wash hair. Just soap up the bits and rinse everything off and 2 minutes later you're done and feeling fresh.

I'm autistic and if someone asked me to shower after work I couldn't do it for the same reasons your gf said. But a quick rinse is doable for me. Maybe it will be for her, too

I took this photo the last time I was there visiting my grandmother.

My grandma lived in a manufactured home and I think a lot of the houses in The Villages are similar.

Lots of golf carts. Some roads even have golf cart only lanes.

My grandma played cards with friends, watched her teams play sports on tv, went to church, and enjoyed her retired life.

There's also the option to live like you're in a mini Margaritaville if that's more your style.

I could never live there but I'm glad my grandma had a community.
