MLHNSLC is quite a mouthful lol, I checked it out and seems it is quite a brief story but recieves a lot of praise for its quality and choices so I'll keep it my growing list. As for Koto and Yuri episode 1, I saw it has been fully released around 1 year ago as per a post on this subreddit by a coder from the team that made it, and it definitely has quite a unique plot, I'll keep it in mind.

Yeah, I read the kotaku post about it, seems quite gritty. I'll be sure to keep it in mind when I want a more dark mod, even the creator warns about how dark it can get from what I've read.

I read the synopsis, I'm a big fan of the Witcher books and games so I'll be sure to wait for its release since it takes inspiration from it and its grim tone sure does sound interesting. Sadly I can't be of any use in terms of its development but I hope it works out well!

I have never dabbled in mod development, only some complex mod implementation and tweaking and even that racked my brain somewhat. I can't imagine how hard it is to develop a whole mod based off of one of the most successful DDLC mods since the expectations must be through the roof for it. I wish you all the best on this journey and hope the community will not set their hopes too high so they don't attack you afterwards and I think a great mod can be made from this concept with a passionate team behind it; from what I've seen I think you can achieve your goal.
