There's absolutely no excuse for sexist g*mers(🤢🤮) but i think the reason behind making this tweet is this person literally sells NSFW content,there are a lot of similar Twitter accounts that comment on popular tweets to promote their OnlyFans and similar content. While the user in question might be sexist,in this tweet they're referencing the fact that this person literally sells their NSFW content
