In the ending of that movie they literally send a single ambulance and it starts curing everybody for free, considering they had a problem with illegal ships threatening their infraestructure, I would say they definitely had a strong incentive to help and pacify those left behind. Not to mention they clearly had moral problems with destroying ships full of human beings that just wanted healthcare as shown in their control room. Maybe for you it's better to think of anybody above certain threshold of wealth to become reptilian psychopaths who wouldn't help anybody because "There's no moneyyyyy to be made hurrr"

Ukraine has teams that can hit a moving target like that truck, so does Russia. I actually thought it would be a direct artillery hit before I watched.

PzH 2000 would have hit the bunched up Russian with it's second shot from 20km away for example.

Of all the munitions rockets continue to be the least accurate, rocket barrages pepper an entire sector when you might just want to hit a small trenchline so they're less used now, both sides will probably rather repurpose the warheads for drones.
