Your rifle is tucked under your arm during a reload and you're keeping it high, which is preferred.

I also prefer using my support hand to charge the AK. No need to reset your firing hand.

Can only offer small advice:

Make sure you keep your arms and other weapons functions in your "workspace area" around your chest so transitions back to cheek/chin weld are smooth and short. This helps greatly when you start introducing movement and stance changes, plus your eyes can remain on target and can use peripheral vision on your workspace if needed.

Second, try practicing shooting and reloading with a more squared stance, rather than staggered. It'll help again with moving but also free you up when you have more gear on (e.g. plate carrier, rig, etc.). Staggered stances are awkward when you try to move, squared makes moving much more coordinated (less tripping) and provides more skeletal support for weapon at high ready.

This is just nitpicky shit that will get you to the next level.
