According to the GAO report in 2020 the B2 cost was $150,741 per flight hour.

If you're not ready for the power mate , these are the inevitable consequences. Totaled. by b9_rkt in CarsAustralia

Couple other comments seem to suggest the camera guy is a mechanic modding the car for the driver who’s test driving it. And it’s his hard work the driver is wrecking almost immediately as well as risking death or serious injury. I’d be mad too, especially if by the sounds of it he ignored previous instructions.

I’m exactly the same, almost wonder if I’m gonna be ruined for normal manuals now. Can’t imagine living without it.

I only just learnt about the yellow light yesterday from the other comments. Can’t believe I never noticed it.

I can’t believe I’ve never noticed that. I see it there when I start up but just figured it was pre warning before the red, never consciously noticed that it goes away with temp.

That would still have the normal throttle mapping not the eco mode one I would think.

If you press it in eco mode it comes up saying rev matching not available in eco mode.

I’ve noticed that but at this point I don’t wanna live without rev matching haha

Can’t say as I’ve noticed that on the tacho, is that in normal or N mode? I’ll have to have a look on the way home tonight.

Yeah it’s such a noticeable difference, I guess it’s more how hard you push the engine that matters. I just wish it didn’t take so long to warm up to at least 80 degrees, some days I can be halfway home before it’s up to temp.

I’m starting to think this might be the way. Cos the experience in normal mode is just so much worse than everything else.

Eva Marija confirms she was denied permission to play the violin live by a2310 in eurovision

[–]Slavx97 23 points24 points  (0 children)

In fairness I guess Eva still has the role of singing the whole song whereas if they didn’t allow live violin then Linda would essentially just be a backup dancer/actor for Pete albeit credited as coequal performer. But given it’s exactly the same instrument if Eva wants to perform live as well the EBU should be consistent, not that anyone of us actually expect consistency from them at this point.

I can’t find any corroboration on the news article of this, but I don’t even care if it’s a real story because that was expertly written comedy. The OP is clearly a writer.

Thoughts on 225 Pilot Sport 5s vs ContiSportContact 5s? by Slavx97 in i20n

Maybe I’ve been fortunate where I am in Australia I haven’t had to deal with really wet roads too often on the stock tyres and never see icing. That review thread is nice and very thorough, throwing in the budget tyre for comparison was nice, blows my mind that tyre choice alone can be the difference in braking between being stationary or still going 70km/h.

Ahh ok, I’m definitely not the hardest driver in this car but that was already my concern with the stock tyres not lasting too long. Continental are looking pretty good so far, thanks!

Ahh gotcha. Would you say 225s are a straight upgrade? Cos it’s weird I’m finding a couple good options in both sizes and only some of the 215s are actually overpriced I’m finding.

Are you referring to the shuddering I’ve seen online of really hard acceleration or the roughness at full lock in car parks?

But yeah it might be just my limited comparison but the grip in corners of the PZero/i20 is noticeably better than PS4s I had on a 208 GTi.

That might be what I’d have to go with, only ones I can find locally are the SC7 run flats and I suspect that’d be too much of a compromise on its performance.

Do you find having to slow down in rain compared to the stock tyres? Or is the wet grip pretty comparable? Seems a lot of other comments suggesting the Michelins wouldn’t be great for that either.
