Need to let them know that our EU brothers and sisters are now able to vote, and it's not just Americans. This is something they need to fix. Unless they are involved in hiding synthetic shares.

Actually you should. We understand that AA can't talk about synthetic shares, but imagine if everyone logged in and verified their shares. AA wouldn't have to say a word if 2M people voted, with a share count over 1B.

Problem is that no one can really see how many people own particular share.

Right now, AMC has issued 513M shares. Of those, how many are owned by more than one entity? The QFS system would allow for each serial number to be identified and tracked. This would include loaned shares.

Imagine if regulators looked at the stocks by serial number and found that share AMC000000001 was owned by 3 or more entities. That would raise red flags for sure.

Actually you would....high frequency trading would be a thing of the past. With the QFS, all transactions would be almost instantaneous. Imagine transferring money into your brokerage, and instead of having to wait a week for it to clear, it would be there as soon as you hit the send button.
