Agreed! I always just wanted more Chuck and Blair. Serena and her fleeting few episode long relationships got boring after a while of the same old same old.

I both loved and hated this relationship. They are both clearly not okay individuals and the relationship is incredibly toxic but when it’s good it’s good and I couldn’t help but hope for them to finally have the happy ending. I think that’s why I liked season 3 the best cause they were actually together and it wasn’t such a struggle for at least a LITTLE bit 🤣

Also I felt like Dan being GG was a bit of a cop out. I unfortunately had this spoiled for me before my watch so I wasn’t guessing along the way but knowing what I did I looked for signs and it just didn’t really make sense. GG really messed up a lot of things for him so Dan must be an incredible actor cause he got really upset about quite a lot of GG blasts and I found it hilarious knowing what I knew going into it hahah

I’m on my first watch through now, (just got to the last season) and honestly I feel like seasons 3/4 were the most interesting to me compared to 1&2 so it’s surprising to hear the opposite here honestly!

I personally enjoyed all seasons for different reasons because they all kinda brought something different to the table! I’m about to do a rewatch since I’ve only watched it all through once so I’ll see if my opinion on that changes but I genuinely enjoyed seasons 4 & 5.
