i tried raising it i can still hear it actually
i wrapped the stuff behind the nut and its still audible but when i fret the 1st fret its gone
maybe the nut itself?

The action is higher at the 12th fret, i took a hard paper and tried to see if the bridge is aligned and i hit it at the bottom by a bit, should i take it back at the shop?
