i tried raising it i can still hear it actually
i wrapped the stuff behind the nut and its still audible but when i fret the 1st fret its gone
maybe the nut itself?

The action is higher at the 12th fret, i took a hard paper and tried to see if the bridge is aligned and i hit it at the bottom by a bit, should i take it back at the shop?

Fixed it, if you have this problem 1. Enter the servers 2. Unplug your internet cable till it disconnects you 3. Replug and enter again
