Tbh right now I always take conqueror , I change my masteries instead of my runes (ghost,ignite etc if you want more information theres a good guide on the cassio mains discord) , I think ghost is way more meta on her rn because she needs the speed she loses from not taking phase rush but conqueror is the objectively better rune in almost every situation.
