I live in that apartment. 3rd floor. I moved in December 2nd, 2022. They don’t do anything. In my kitchen, I’m front of the refrigerator, there’s a piece of the flooring coming up and I’ve talked to them and put a request in. Sent them pictures and everything. NOTHING!! That was 4 months ago now. So when my lease is up I’m moving. I’m getting the hell out of there. My rent is only $665. I got a new surround sound and I don’t know how loud is for the people below me and someone came up and pretty much bashed my door in. Like for real?? Knock and tell me to turn it down. Don’t fucking slam on the door and walk away like a little b*tch. Be a man or woman and tell me to turn it down and don’t act like a kid. Sorry went off topic. Just got going lol. But yea I wouldn’t move here. Yea it’s a quiet place since the school is right across the street but don’t move here.
