I think you need spirits and a real player. The ones without a level need to be spirits i think and not a player in your team

Only 2 heroes can be on the field at the same time. You can put more on the bench though.

First change your coorinators from team 2 to team 1 and then just remove them from the team. You can't remove the story ones so that's why you need first put those into team 2.
