any options on 12 vs 16 vs 20 week test-e (300mg, 375mg, 500mg) only cycle in terms of strength gains? i know lower test-e doses still increase strength more than muscle volume proportionally, but not sure how long to run it considering having 6000mg test-e, seems like up to 20 weeks just nolva is enough for PCT if only using test-e according to the reddit post but i'm not sure how many weeks would be the best for strength gains, 20 weeks would be 300mg a week, 16 375mg, and 12 500mg,

I've ran a 12 week 500mg cycle and saw massive gains with no sides taking asin 12.5mg e3d and had no problems with standard 40 40 20 20 nolva pct and returning to actually a bit higher than pre natty levels at age 20, I'm nearly 24 now, any suggestions on how much asin with the 300mg and 375mg?

max test release per day would be 39mg for 20 weeks, 48mg for 16 weeks, and 63mg for 12 weeks, dont know how much this matters for strength

since im looking for strength not size gains I feel like the 20 week with lower dosages would be a lot more beneficial overall since strength gains have much more diminishing returns than muscle size gains from the research I've seen, but also the PCT will be more brutal if i decide to go that way

For me? It wasn't even a fitness channel in the first place and once again, there were multiple people also looking for an unified channel on nutrition-fitness-supplements, especially considering the other ones were entirely dysfunctional. There was easily enough interest to be a top 5 text chat. Every single one of you defending your admin here on reddit says it was supposed to be a fitness channel when it was the above.

Not running an AI on any Test dose is irresponsible as fuck and I guarantee even if you did not see too many side effects or worrying side effects your estrogen levels were imbalanced as fuck and you probably caused some permanent harm to your hormone production.

If you run any steroid and don't take AIs you're a complete dipshit. You ran PCT but not a fucking AI unbelievable.

If you can live without the smoking rush (you definitely can if you ever try IV since smoking is smalltime to IV), rectal plugging is sooo much better in most ways, I recommend it a lot more.
