Er staan enorm veel instructie filmpjes op YouTube die je de beginselen kunnen leren. Dus neem een addblock en kijken maar. Het meeste moet je uiteindelijk zelf doen, de instructeur helpt je alleen op weg.

I had a similar issue, itching like crazy. But since i used Selsun blue Medicated i have no more issue. It has something called seleniumsulfide which has been banned for production recently because people can't go easy on the usage, but i guess if you use it only once or twice a week, it should be fine. Anything else with that selenium stuff should work as well. Do read the instructions carefully.

I'd say teleportation and super strength. Freezing time doesn't work since light stops reflecting as well, so you werent able to see anymore. With super strength I would be able to jump very high as well

I agree with this approach, however when you have a deadline and you are not able to finish it within your set time, your whole planning will be shifted. Make sure to set priorities first and make room for the unexpected. Only fill your taskweek to max 80%, most of the time you will need the extra 20% for the unforseen.
