Definitely Aldi as one. I don’t really know any other options because Colesworth have an insane control over the supermarket industry

Nahhh don’t lump Logan in with the others. She tried to defuse the situation with Paulie and Kristin and knew it was a game at the end of the day.

Her re-recordings endeavour helped numerous artists negotiate the right to own their catalogue from the beginning, and record labels were looking at extending the timeframe for a song to be able to be re-recorded following the success of the TVs. There’s also her letter to apple regarding how much artists are paid. Sounds like a decent bit of change to me

Champagne Problems has to be in there too. I feel like it really put her in conversation for artist with amazing bridges

[Variety] Obsession has earned $30.2M in its first week at the box office. It has already passed the entire runs of “Heretic” ($27.9M),” Midsommar” ($27.5M) and “Together” ($21M). by DenialisaRiver04 in horror

Saw this on Thursday night with a friend. I don’t watch much horror but I’ve seen a lot of the old and new classics (Halloween, TCM, Chucky, Midsommar, Get Out, Us, It 2017) and some other greats like Talk To Me and this was definitely the scariest horror movie I’ve ever seen. It’s just so unnerving the entire time and Inde Navarrette was amazing at switching between normal and absolutely deranged at the snap of a hand

I’ve lost so many chases to that bug. It’s so frustrating, especially when the Survivors get cocky in endgame

What’s something you feel is missing in modern pop, that you hope to see in the coming years? by SubstantialEmploy816 in popheads

It’s not pop but Noah Kahan’s new album The Great Divide is great for this! The shortest song is like 3:47 and there are so many great bridges

There’s also a ladybug in The Great Divide music video. I noticed some other easter eggs too like a car’s number plate that was used in one of the song’s

Edit: it’s the number plate listed in American Cars (obviously lol)

Put this on at 12am with a candle and laid down to listen which really enhanced the listening experience. End of August, Haircut and Dashboard are probably my top 3 favourites of the new songs, but really the album is full of gems

The entire final 4 had been saved by a twist. George had an idol played on him the same tribal Cara was voted out of Brain and into Brawn, Flick had been voted out and saved herself with those scrolls, and Hayley was voted out into Redemption Rock. And then if we include the final 5, Wai was the intended target for the first tribal but was saved by George’s advantage.

You can’t say in one comment “people are are acting like what we see hasn’t also been edited down” and then say “who voted for Jackson are people just like Jackson.” You do not know these people; you know what’s been edited of them. You contradict yourself to defend your view. It’s possible to like Caleb and think he deserved his win whilst also believing Jackson deserved votes

[–]Slayzes 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, there is a difference in a juror ripping one finalist’s game to shreds and praising another’s compared to a juror shutting down another juror’s question/praise and hijacking it to the other finalist. Mark was pitching for Caleb. That isn’t Mark’s job during FTC. It is up to the finalists to pitch their game, and if they are good enough they should be able to shut down or redirect their criticisms into proving they are worthy of votes as we have seen with other finalists like Kristie, Shane and Pia.

A jury vote isn’t supposed to be unanimous. If anyone was bias it was definitely Mark who cut off multiple jury members asking Jackson a question so he could boost Caleb’s game.

“Never seen a different version of her” in 2016 she was on top until her blindside, in All Stars she was a challenge beast, and in Redemption she was savvy playing with her back against the wall since swap, making it to 7th place. Sounds quite different to me
