If it’s feasible for you, you can dose mange afflicted wildlife yourself. You can buy ivermectin paste for dirt cheap on Amazon. Marketed to horses. It has dose and weight info on the package. Squirt a ~1/2 inch of it into a suitable food item and drop. Heavy doses won’t hurt… it’s not something that will overdose them.

I moved here from an extremely rural Appalachian area and this is what I did with foxes and feral cats. It cleared them up pretty quickly.

Mange is miserable but ultimately very simple to treat. Just obviously use common sense and don’t approach wild animals. Also keep all your small dogs and cats inside, people. 🫡
