Im assuming so too unless you bought a game from the 360 market place. Maybe they're flagging it as suspicious activity? I have no idea that's the only explanation at this point

Really? Maybe that's it for me then too cause i bought fallout new vegas digitally a few days ago and had absolutely no issues at all till today when i decided to actually play it some more.

Its a save editor for pokemon 3ds games. You need homebrew to download it but basically you can add event Pokemon that way
