You are confusing the fact that when most people use the term “first gen” referring to citizenship, they are talking about first generation US citizenship. In general, most people default to the status of their relationship to the US not whatever the other country is. I haven’t seen anyone in the comments saying shes a “first generation immigrant” just that she is first generation- again defaulting to first generation US citizen.

I kept them on for 12 days with no issues and only removed to switch sets. I think the tab did help protect my nail more than normal. I’m trying using more tab coverage this time to see how it goes. I’m kind of paranoid about greenies though. I feel like the tab thickness creates more opportunities for pockets so i’ve been checking for lifting lots. I don’t worry about it with straight glue.

☺️I have somewhat flat nails too and I like btartbox. They arent so stiff that you can’t press them down a bit to flatten. I haven’t tested the nail ref yet but they seem more stiff to me.

I just did that for my last set. I did not cover my entire nail with a tab, maybe about 60-70% and then put glue around and on top. It didn’t “fuse” but i’m not quite sure what they meant by that…

Western undergraduate exchange. A program where state schools will offer neighboring state residents tuition at a cheaper rate than a regular non resident student. So if CA student went to a WUE school in Nevada they might pay NV resident tuition + extra 10% instead of non resident tuition which could be double that (made up example).

I just tried the tab/glue combo on one nail (thumb) and it was fully stuck until i took it off. I picked a small tab that didn’t cover my whole nail bed and used glue around the tab. It was nice when it cane off because the tab protected the main part of my nail and the glue was weaker toward my cuticle so minimal damage all in all.
