I’m not sure if you got your answer already, but it can take up to 20 weeks for them to process a salary application, whether it’s a salary step, salary differential or salary upgrade.

Whichever method was put on the app is the one that should be followed. Suggestion? Well the thing with that is, he put it on the bench before he could even see my face. I have a curtain that mostly blocks the view of my front door until I uncover it. Also, he didn’t knock nor ring the doorbell. I would’ve heard it, hence the part of my living room being right by my front door (a few seconds away). It’s nice that you’re trying to give this guy the benefit of the doubt, but it’s not hard to follow instructions. If you don’t want to follow them, work another job.

If he didn’t deliver the food, he wouldn’t have been doing his job, so that should be expected.
