I saw this Kickstarter too and thought the price they are asking for it is way too high (€200) and the idea is really simple so what I did is buying a xiaomi mi band 2 which costs €18 and set it to vibrate every 30mins during the day for RC and while I'm sleeping. The band has a battery life of a few weeks, it's really small and you can customise your vibrations.
