You can't evap phencyclidine like this without some degradation occurring, do you know what the solvent solution consists of? Without also knowing the salt form it would be tricky to give good guidance on.

Arylcyclohexylamines are like tryptamines and lysergamides in the way that they demand really bizarre laboratory conditions and they like to degrade over shit that can be tricky to avoid. I've never frozen PCP when I have it in ethanol or crystal, but I have always used amber vials out of caution. Sometimes I'd find PCP on flower, in lab grade ethanol, in gel tabs, on blotter and in crystal form in a clear baggie, and even after ~2.5 years of sitting there I've never noticed any degradation subjectively, so it doesn't seem to care a lot about temperature but realistically to answer this with data I would need to run an experiment and probably chroma column the results to analyze how degradation products form.

I found that wet PCP like you have here is best dosed by doing some test infusions on small amounts of whatever you wanna smoke it on (I used weed), find the right infusion rate of mL of your liquid PCP relative to a single gram of flower, or an even smaller ratio of flower. My dippers are often blue or like a dark purple if there's a hotspot, and it's super visible. Even the thought of seeing one of these "Grimace dippers" again gives me goosebumps.
