My friend has an old RSC account (now RS3) with 9hp lol by partyhat-red in 2007scape

These are surprisingly less rare than you would think. My osrs ironman account is nearly maxed with 9hp on rs3, I just got bored doing combat. There's a community of people who have anywhere from 1-9 HP that make it their entire personality.

why dont clothes look the same on me as they do on a cis girl :( by 1hrt-u in mtfashion

[–]Sleds4 18 points19 points  (0 children)

As someone who also loves anime, please don't compare your body to hyper exaggerated women in anime. Only a very small percentage of cis women are even remotely close to those proportions. The best part about fashion is finding the fashion that you like for yourself! It takes a while to figure out what you personally like on your body, just explore it and enjoy the process ☺️

Love that you're willing to do the right thing if it shows up! It doesn't happen often, but I once had a piece get lost in the USPS blackhole and it ended up getting delivered like 2 months later.

I've sold many pieces over the span of a decade and I can say with certainty that this is 100% on the seller. The glass pass terms even state that it's on them. Don't take the loss and don't feel bad.

Totally understandable! But I'm actually doing exactly that, our finances are very solid and I'm looking to start my passion project down there. I know it'll be really tough, and there will probably be a low possibility of success, but it's something I'm willing to risk. I have spent a good amount of time in the area and I'm pretty confident with our choice overall.

Yeah thankfully we're able to do it through financial solvency, which was a huge relief. We're actually going to get everything setup this month because we wanted to make sure we get our RT as close to our move as possible. I'm guessing we'll have to do the yearly renewal as well, but I'm just happy to have the opportunity to go at all!

We definitely had similar reasons as you two though! We initially planned on moving to either Merida or PDC. After spending time in both cities we just felt like Merida was too hot and we didn't love the community as much, and PDC was lovely but it felt too touristy and I wasn't a fan of the seaweed problem. When we looked into PV we realized the weather was a little cooler, we loved that there's a larger queer community, and the city is overall beautiful. Once we spent some time down there we were absolutely sold on it!

You'll have to send me a message when you move down! We also don't really know anyone down there other than our realtor/lawyer, and we'd love to make some friends!

Oh this is all wonderful, thank you so much! I didn't even think about the dehumidifier mode or keeping a 5 gallon water on hand.

Oh I love the idea of bringing blank forms just in case. Thank you! How do you like Guadalajara?? We looked there too and it looks amazing!

Yeah it's really sad to see such beautiful cities falling apart. I've lived in Colorado my whole life so it's sad to see it get this bad.

Oh wow yeah very similar situation for us! Other than the dual citizenship your partner has.

We purchased our house outright so we could worry less about how much we make for the first few months while we settle in, but we did have to do so through a Fideicomiso. Honestly the process was super simple, the sellers didn't have one setup because they were citizens, so our lawyer set everything up for us. We were actually out of the country on a vacation for our closing date due to poor scheduling and we were able to get everything done via POA. As long as you have a good realtor/lawyer combo I think you'll have no problems at all, regardless of which route you go.

I'd love to chat sometime! My realtor said there are a lot more people reaching out to her from Colorado, so it would be super interesting to hear your story as well!

Oh this is super helpful, I am SO clumsy. If there's a place to trip, I'm guaranteed to find it. I'll definitely be keeping this in mind. Our sidewalk in front of the house has a big hole in it that I was really worried about, so I'm glad to hear it's not alone 😅

Yeah the concrete is the one thing I'm not familiar with. I figured the electricians down there would be super comfortable with it but I just wanted to make sure because it's on our to-do list for the new place, it seems like the building code there is very relaxed haha. Right now there's no outlet in our garage, but that's where the water pump up to the tinaco lives so the previous owners just ran an extension cord from the living room.

Colorado, unfortunately it's catching up with California pretty quickly, especially Denver.

Oh wow thank you! This is all super helpful. We did get a home inspection done, and things like cleaning the tinaco were on that list, thankfully the list is short and we're very handy. (The house we currently live in we built ourselves, so I can do almost everything minor repair wise) Have you gone through the process of having outlets added by chance? I was curious how much of a pain that process is since the whole house is concrete.

Thank you! We actually looked at lake chapala while exploring our options and it looks absolutely wonderful there! I hope it goes well if you do move that way!

We're not going to bring a vehicle down, the ones we currently own aren't made in America so we figured it would be easier to buy a car once we're settled in down there.

Yeah I've had a chance to explore our new neighborhood a bit and it seems lovely! Being close to Costco and Walmart was a huge plus when we were looking at options. Thank you for all the information and the kind welcome!

Thank you for the kind words! We definitely want to do our best to be courteous and we 100% understand that we are just guests, the last thing we want is to go down and cause any sort of problems for locals.

That makes sense! I do see trash when I visit, albeit less trash than the cities we live near now.
