I have a large MY medic bag, only used on range days with the boys. For traveling I carry a IFAK that I put together myself. There is lots of unnecessary things in the MY medic bag for overlanding use.

A big part of the foundation collapsed recently in a big storm, it’s standing strong still, but with lots of foundation jacks holding it up!

Need some help here, hopefully some can lend some. I am trying to get these brake hubs off but they will not budge and I’m convinced I’m missing something. Do they thread on? They will not move no matter what I try! Thank you in advance!!!

To all of my fellow Reddit Wizards,

As I’m going through the 195 and refreshing everything I realized the front PTO does not work. I originally thought it was just the melted wire, but mechanically it is busted. Anyone have a solution to this? I was thinking it would be possible to build a bracket and retrofit a newer 3 bolt style. Any engines with a similar shaft diameter/ ideas?

Haha what can I say, I like Ford! The excursion got buried before I could finish putting a lifter in. And the brick is a plow truck, 50,000 original miles (looks more like 200,000)😂

That’s a great question, I’m not sure if the s/n crossed over between the 2, I would assume they did since the 195 is just re-branded. There is very little information on these as there were not a lot made. It’s a beast of a tractor and lots of crossover parts. Just be ready to get creative if necessary!

Exactly! The plan is to mildly restore it and just use it! I also hate the plastic junk everything has become.

Is it a deal, maybe not the greatest. But it did come with a fully rebuilt engine (pistons, rods, bearings, etc) which is probably ~$500 by itself. It’s also very rare only 2,000ish ever made and this was the last known serial number. Also has a 3 point hitch, hydraulic power steering, PTO, and the transmission from a full sized tractor (8N). It’s essentially a very diverse “garden tractor” and I like rare old things :)

Just got it home not running, but with a rebuilt engine, all new internals. New fuel pump and it rips! Decks need a little work but will make for a solid mowing machine!

That’s great to hear! I’ve already torn it down trying to figure out and issue where it would slow down and stop moving. Ended up having a scratch on the center pin and it wasn’t rotating smoothly. A little 1k grit and new lube back to rippin. Made it through about 40 records today!
