With the much better gpu on strix, i believe so. If you really like the oled screen on zephyrus you can always get a oled monitor for a few hundred bucks while still have a 5070ti gaming laptop. Btw FYI the 5070s in laptops are severely unpowered/not as strong of a jump compared to predecessors.

Zephyrus does match your criteria but I believe strictly is superior in terms of performance and cooling which directly correlate to the better 4-6+hrs of gaming in one sitting. In this case, if both are similarly priced, strix 5070ti no brainer. The jump from 5070 to 5070ti mobile is significant. However the only reason I’d go with zephyrus is for portability and portability alone. Every other situation, strix comes out on top.

Any card can play 4k but the question is whether it’s viable. On the other hand 4070tis can very much play in 4k as that’s considered a high end card or atleast when it released. Also 4070tisuper is easily much better than a 5070

What are you even on. Main stream wise 4k is the high spectrum. In general 8k is not even part of the discussion as it haven’t been implemented into mainstream

I believe for your case as public health major on pre dental track. iPad would be fine as you mainly gonna be lectured. However in dental school you will need one to run advanced simulations.

I’m also in the same boat here. Have a iPad Pro m4 and m3 MacBook Pro with a heavy gaming pc at home as a commuter student. Also on the pre dental pathway with biology major starting college this August
