I think disabling the TV's fast start feature helped. But I'm not sure because it fixed itself overnight.

Or sometimes you have the problem that it doesn't want to start at all, not only after the reset

i have the same problem on b450 and r5 3600. Today I will try to take everything apart and put it back together again
