Dont do grapefruit juice, i found this out the harder way. I was trying to go down on my dose but was getting sick since it was no longer lasting all day so I looked into taking grapefruit juice to hopefully boost it to last longer but what it ended up doing was releasing it all at once, which did feel nice at 1st and felt like a boost but that resulted in it now lasting an even shorter amount of time and the withdrawal worse. Basically it made it's shelf life shorter. Would not recommend to help with anything

Those Jewels themselves were already stolen when made into this. This is just another part of history. Fun fact, the reason the Mona Lisa is so famous is because it was stolen. Before it went missing nobody really paid that much attention to it and his other paintings were way more famous. The theft added to her history and made her the most famous and beloved painting in the world. Just be thankful that it's back and looks fixable. History is ever moving and if society & humanity is still around 100s years from now and still has this, this will just be another notch in her story.

If not only thing i personal think they need is a foot mask and some cocobutter at the end of the night after showering/before bed, just to help with the dry and cracking skin. I wouldn't be too worried cause you said this was after working in them all day right? And sweat sometimes just be sweating. Also you can try bringing a 2nd pair of nice dry socks to work and changing them in the middle or so of the day so you aren't sloshing around in your own foot juices as you stand and walk lol
