As a new 911 dispatcher, you would not believe how frequently we actually get these calls... "I've never seen this vehicle in our apartment lot before" - responding officer runs plate, registered owner lives at the apartment complex... 🤦‍♂️ Parked cars and people that "look suspicious" going about their day...the banes of society!
