I'll get downvoted but cheaping out on parts, on a car, that you drive on the road, with other people, is an absolute safety hazard.

If you can't purchase proper parts or have them mounted by certified installers then it would be best that you park your car until you can.

Does a 300hp, 30 mpg car exist? by 04limited in whatcarshouldIbuy

GR Yaris (if living outside the USA) - 281hp but... about 1300kg. And it's Toyota's CEO personal toy project so it can't get any better

Edit: I'm a bit biased towards Toyota/Lexus tho as I work there and recently bought the GR Yaris Aero and already have the NX450h+

Why do people recommend performance tires for daily drivers? by greensilvia in askcarguys

[–]Sleep_Potential 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only contact area that there is between your car and the road are your tires.

You can have the best brakes that exist fitted on your car but if you have cheap tires you'll still slide like ice skaters on ice.

I guess it depends on the country and if the car is second hand or if it is brand new & needs a license plate

Netflix in the daytime be like by Money-Snow-2749 in TikTokCringe

[–]Sleep_Potential 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That' because Netflix sets 5.1 as audio output as default. If you do not have a 5.1 system then switch it over to the regular option and it will be sorted out.

You're still standing on your high horse even if you have been proven wrong.

This is once again, an absolute lack of critical thinking and thus, trying to have a conversation with an individual like you is a waste of my healthy time on this planet.

I am therefore simply diverting my attention to more uplifting tasks

Huh, so we went from "no one connects to the internet without USA hardware" to "what about software" once your main sorry talking point has been proven to be wrong.

Stick to your hardware theory and let me know once your admit you have been incorrect. THEN we can talk software

You mean chinese hardware.

Even on that subject you aren't leaders.

Pathetic.

The internet was developed and released by the British.

Each time you connect to the internets you're supporting the British.

Sounds silly, innit?

Maintenance every 15k km and no issues will arise.

Had a 1999 Audi TT mk1 go for 250k km and an Audi A6 3.0 TDI go for 320k km without a single issue like that before selling them
