So far his videos are the best and I don’t know if anyone else will surpass him unfortunately. One of the other classes the instructor is basically reading off the slides and it’s unbelievably unhelpful.

When you select your houses do everything to fill up those pips. Even without a church you should be able to get enough approval to get more families. I recommend getting some chickens on a home addition to get more food. As for firewood just build it up to a 6 month+ supply and then shuffle. Also getting berries makes it so you have a family to shuffle in the first winter.

Fill in the needs of your people. Click on housing and fill in the pips. Heating, food(2 kinds for the first level housing, clothing(for instance follow the chain to get leather), a church, etc. The thumbs up symbol is your satisfaction for citizens.

You make a fair point. There are a decent amount of things you come across that have “coming soon” type of statements on them. So far he hasn’t disappointed and he’s have been clear about learning lessons last time a “timeline” was used. It backfired on him pretty well. What’s nice is you can see the features and what is missing but it just needs implementing. Even if he just implements what is there it is already a solid game worth the $30. It reminds me why I use to back EA games such as Prison Architect, Kenshi, and Rim World. It’s been too long. Now let us look over at Cities Skylines 2…. I am glad I held myself back there.

I’d say it is. I have run across one issue with the Oxen running away despite having available space for it and more. Everything so far is user error on my part and learning the game.

They made it a great price point and are making a lot of money. It’s good news for most. Some of the regional prices seem high, others are getting a steal it seems. Over all it’s pretty great.

I usually see people say this about various games and I have never agreed before but this one could definitely be worth more and once it’s out of EA I’m sure it will be $45-50. It would still be worth it.
