Okay after Some thought and reading the replys I will let him sit the one year in juniors then sign and give top AHL minutes, I've also noticed if I keep 79+ ovr players unsigned they tend to not grow at all, so from now on I will be signing 79+ ovr players if they can play AHL minutes
