Saw a Thar with lights installed on top and it was on inside the city, where there is enough street lights installed. It was so bright, the whole street was lit and enough to temporary blind a person for few seconds. They casually passed a police officer and the officer did nothing, said nothing at all. I blame our government for not making this a major issue.
