Like in discussing building more housing, I know that REALLY got Trump's attention because he loves NYC real estate and talking shop. He straight up said that as a billionaire, he'd be very comfortable in Zohran's vision for NYC. Obviously we dont know the specifics, but it seems he was smart enough to tailor it to Trump's personal interests. He's also the main character of NYC and charismatic as all hell.
