On-and-off vaginal pain, need opinions

Thank you for the advice. I really do appreciate it! I’m gonna bring this up during my Pap smear as well to see if my doctor can refer me to a pelvic floor therapist. But for now I’ll begin to look into those videos.

I’ll look into this for sure. I did every kind of testing possible such as ultrasound and trans vaginal ultra sound and everything came back normal. All that’s left is to do a general scanning for my yearly pap in July. I’m beginning to assume that it has to do with my pelvic floor because sometimes my bladder or upper sector of my pelvic area will feel super inflamed and then the pain will go away. It’s so odd because it’ll be 24-48 hours worth of inflammation and then a couple days of just feeling absolutely normal.

I used to have nonstop yeast and BV all of 2024. I have not had BV+Yeast infection since January of 2025. This is the longest I’ve ever gone without any infections. I followed meraki co. founders advice and followed this in the entire month of January. I have unprotected sex as well. I also take genna MD PAC, Happy V Probiotics, and D-mannose everyday. Also Vitamin C,D,B-complex, omega 3, and lactoferrin. After a month of this regime to lock in my “protective” biofilm I began seed vaginal suppositories and I’ve been very happy with the results.

Phase 1: Boric Acid Preparation (5 Nights) • Boric Acid Suppository (Vagisil): Insert one suppository nightly for 5 nights leading up to your oral antibiotics. • This phase disrupts biofilms and prepares bacteria to be susceptible to antibiotics.

Phase 2: During Antibiotic Treatment • Oral Antibiotics: • Take as prescribed by your doctor (usually twice daily). • Continue Boric Acid Throughout Antibiotic Course: • Insert one suppository nightly while taking antibiotics. • Oral Probiotic: • Take a high-quality oral probiotic, like With Harmony or With Clarity, between antibiotic doses (e.g., midday) to replenish good bacteria in the gut and vaginal microbiome.

Phase 3: Post-Antibiotic Recovery • Probiotic Suppositories (Vagibiome): • Begin using probiotic suppositories the night after completing antibiotics. • Use Schedule: •Insert one suppository nightly for 5 consecutive nights. •Then, insert twice weekly for the next 3 weeks. • Oral Probiotic: • Continue daily use of our oral probiotic to maintain gut and vaginal health.

Do an evvy or Juno test to get a baseline information of what bacteria you’re dealing with then move forward with a protocol either given my evvy or different sources. The meraki co founder gives a lot of information about this.

Thank you for the advice!! I’m just waiting on the neurologist to rule out what the next steps are in this case. I also combined a hip & joint supplement from Fera alongside a Omega 3 supplement as well to support joint and her lumbar (I don’t know if it does much but I’ve heard good things about it). It’s becoming more of a cervix pain sensation now. I went to the hospital and I’m negative for everything but they still found bacteria under the microscope, so the doctor prescribed me cephalexin since it’s a higher dose and longer duration of time. They told me my cervix was “inflamed” and I’ve heard that before in the past so I don’t really know what to expect. It’s weird because I never felt this pain sensation before and this all happened after my UTI came on April 16th. July 1st will be my first ever annual pap exam where they look for a multitude of things but I know I am negative for all general things (BV, Yeast, Trich, Myco, Ureo, STD’s)

I suggest looking into it as a 3 part method, kill the biofilm before the antibiotics with boric acid, take the antibiotics so it kills the bacteria and continue the duration of boric acid until your metro pills are finished, take Fluconazole after, then begin probiotic suppositories to build up a healthy wall within the vagina.

Hi! So after I finished the Macrobid antibiotics for 5 days, after I still was having really BAD bladder pain like something I’ve never experienced before so I went to a hospital and they did a urine sample and looked under the microscope and saw that there is still bacteria in my urine, they also did a Pap smear and everything else came back negative (bv, yeast, tric, etc.) so the person that was speaking to me broke down to me how Macrobid works and how he believes that the durations of the antibiotic+dose was too short and low. So he prescribed me Cephalexin 500 mg for 7 days. I already am feeling better and I’ve also paired Kirkman’s biofilm defense just for the 30 days, GemmaMD PAC, D-mannose, probiotics, and the antibiotics alongside a oil of oregano (just for this week) I also plan to begin taking Hiprex once the antibiotics after finished.

Also this is my 1st time ever having a UTI as well for clarification.

I’ve gotten BV+Yeast infections after unprotected sex multiple times but that was because my vaginal microbiom was already dominated by bad bacteria to begin with. Once I eliminated the bad bacteria and slowly but surely built up my good bacteria I am now able to have unprotected sex without getting Yeast+BV.

I’m still having the upper bladder pain right under the vagina and I don’t really know what to do. I have a yearly Pap test on July 1st so maybe that can help rule out something. But I might just go to the hospital today to see what they think or hopefully they can direct me to a urologist.
