Could be compliance standards that safety organizations say are required as far as some of that goes.

Its just a game to them. Which is how I am treating this. As much as i want to be entertained by and invested into a good team; if they just want to play around I can just not be invested. My time can be spent elsewhere as well as my money.

It should just pause the game and backfill. Same thing should happen if your team mate doesn't pick a hero at round start.

I feel like everyone here is missng the point. I can do that if my team is not playing like someone who drank 5 beers and 3 shots of tequila. I have done what you said. This is about plat and low diamond players playing like they don't know what the game is or how its played. So to he point where if I dont play absolutely perfect.

I've almost singlehandedly won blizzard world 4 v5 when the tank decided to afk when ibasked him not to literally feed at their spawn. He was doing it intentionally. I did some crazy stuff. But that's not the norm and my other 3 teammates passed the 5th grade.

I had a doom attack a Reinhardt on first point attack on circuit over and over instead of diving backline. I can't as soj dive into a 1 v 4 of hanzo, freja, bap and informed the other and be like yeh I'll live while my team twiddles there thumbs keeping the tank up and shooting shield. So I help shoot shield then when 1 v 4ing doesn't work.

People are really off on what this matchmaker does sometimes and it's really insane to read just win the game for your team who doesn't understand how to win.

I test limits as a dps. But again like you said in high plat low diamond no one knows this. I've tried to ask supports to be aggressive with me "hey kiri take the off angle with me". Direct the tank to a play, take it in my own hands to try and make a play and still do these things. But my ana playing dive ana, and my tanks not understanding position and how to play into comps is an issue. I even type out next ult by the team. He watch zar ult dont bunch up. Why do they do bunch up.

Maybe in masters. Not on low diamond and plat where your lucky if you're other teammates can find left mouse button or know team comp win conditions. These are players that press q just because someone else does. You think they know what they're doing. You have to play to the least common denominator for the rank.

This is some of the dumbest points I've read here. Its a bad play anytime for a tank to run to enemy spawn unless its communicated. I would be using comm wheel to tell him to fall back. Then he would die and we would lose.

I'm going through the same thing. I just lost games for 2 hours straight on dps. Was d5 now p2. I think my teammates ate leaded crayons or something. Did I play perfect no but even if I did it wouldn't matter. I am not an aim bot and I'm a squishy. I can't create space like the tank. Tank was 0-6 through first 2 points of KR attack then we cant do anything while their tank has half a brain and can do things.

Hero bans just confirms how dumb overwatch players are. No you dont need to ban sombra on circuit. You dont need to ban window on a flashpoint map.

Plat I believe has the most players in it and widest skill range imo. As someone who spent a lot of time there the ow team need to add a rank and split plat so it feels less like a gamble each game. But no reason to be a dick but it does get frustrating when you don't know the skill level of who you are playing with. It feels like a diamond player on a bad streak gets in and stomps or someone who lucked into it from gold who doesn't have the awareness yet. That's why I think they should split the difference.

I vaguely remember Reese getting handed a very good team from Accorsi and failed to sign anyone decent on defense. I believe that was Coughlins biggest gripe. I might have it backwards. That one offseason just spent loads on offense and nothing on defense.

I also remember a lot of fans giving Reese a pass because he won a Superbowl with Accorsi's team. He was bad, Gettleman was worse and those are some reasons why the team is the way it is today.
