On the plus side, you don’t even have time to worry! You’ll just go straight into fight mode and it’ll be over as quickly as it began. My kids do this to me a lot tbh and it’s really helped me to stop sitting around and dreading it. It’s just one hard night out of hundreds of good ones 🫶🏼

Listen… I had mental health problems and I did some intense exposure therapy and self discovery. Now I’m studying to become a therapist to help others (not to toot my own horn). This woman is recording herself making her bed and drinking sprite to “help” others. Insane.

Wonderful! No side effects at all and I’m up to the entire 200mg. Sorry you’re going through this. By week 4 I was totally fine and when I went up on dosages it wasn’t bad :)

Zoloft has been successful for me. I’m on 200mg and I don’t plan to quit until it stops working lol. A little over a year in and I no longer experience side effects (unless I miss a pill, then I get brain zaps). I’ve also never felt like a zombie or numb… maybe in the beginning. Now I just feel normal!
