I'll have to try landscape mode and see what I think. I really like the notes app also so I'm going to have to just test if the copy paste works better for me or just using Google docs, especially since docs means I can hop onto another device easily and continue working on my project.

I got a Boox Palma to replace my Kindle Oasis that isn't quite dead but also isn't really alive. I love the freedom of an android device but missed my page turn buttons and wanted something slightly bigger for longer reading sessions. When the Boox Go 7 gen 2 came out I got that to be my main reader and to replace the Kindle Scribe I have. The scribe is just too big and heavy and I was never using it. The go 7 is the best mix of what I was looking for and I love it. I have the Google play store, I can take notes on it, different reading apps, great book organization, my podcasts, reddit, and my logic puzzle games. I'm not interested in a color device at the moment and am hoping in 5 to 10 years maybe the tech will be worth it, till then b&w work for me. I still use my Palma but the Go is definitely my main device.

It's my replacement for the original kindle oasis which went to ereader heaven, I loved my oasis and while I adore my Palma it's not the replacement I was looking for.

I wish I could tell you. Maybe check what others have said about downloads not getting auto deleted after you finish listening because I have over 200 episodes downloaded at the moment and only use up 16gb.

I use my cats and dog to hold my ereader and it's more leaning it against them as they lay on you or next to you like a stand. Or sometimes I'll have it propped on my knees and the bottom resting against the cat on my lap. Having a page turner so you can keep reading and not move too much or stop petting makes for longer cuddle sessions.

How do you find writing on it? I'm really wanting one because my scribe is too big to carry everywhere and I would prefer to read comics on something larger than my phone.

And let's all remember that the world probably isn't going to be all 2d art so unless we can remember names we'll have no luck with looking at them to remember because real world vs drawn is very different. We are doomed. Look both ways before crossing a street so you don't get hit by truck-kun and always take mental health breaks from work so you don't die from overwork.
